Do we offer international shipping?
We are proud to offer international shipping services. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to.
Will I have to pay for customs fees?
Depending on the shipping destination, customs may apply.
How long does it take for my order to arrive?
All orders are processed within 24 hours. Shipping times – by location. These are our estimates:

We apologize for the delay. Due to customs clearance, international shipping can sometimes take longer than expected. Instead, you can track your order and see where it is at any time. If you still believe you need help tracking your package, please email us at
What is Buyer Protection?
Buyer Protection is a guarantee that enables buyers to shop with confidence on our website. If you do not receive your order within the promised time (45 business days) you can request a full refund or a resend.
Can I track my order?
You will receive two emails after your purchase. The first email contains your order details and confirmation. Once the item(s) have been shipped you will receive another email with tracking details. Please note that sometimes due to standard / free shipping, tracking information may not always be available. For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase may be sent out in separate packages even if you’ve specified combined shipping. This can also be due to product availability.
